Information we collect
Depending on how you use Driving4Dollars, we may collect:
- Account information, such as your email address and user account identifier.
- Property information you submit, including an address, map location, notes, photos, and submission timestamps.
- Submission and connection information, such as sync status, GoHighLevel identifiers, and records of whether a submission was delivered.
- Technical information needed to keep the service secure and working, such as authentication, device, browser, and error information.
We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information about property owners or other people. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in notes or photos.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain Driving4Dollars, including to:
- Authenticate authorized users and protect agency accounts.
- Display maps and help users find, select, and describe properties.
- Store, queue, synchronize, and display property submissions for the authorized agency team.
- Send submissions to the connected GoHighLevel account when the agency has enabled that integration.
- Diagnose errors, prevent misuse, and improve reliability.
Services we use
Driving4Dollars uses service providers that help us operate the product, including Firebase for authentication, database, and file storage; Google services for address search and mapping-related requests; MapTiler for map tiles; and GoHighLevel for the agency CRM connection. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their own privacy terms.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared with the agency and authorized users connected to the account that submitted or manages a property. Property submissions may also be sent to that agency's connected GoHighLevel account. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the security of the service, or to investigate fraud, abuse, or other harmful activity.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Information is stored with our service providers while it is needed for the agency workflow, account administration, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or legitimate operational purposes. An agency administrator may request deletion of account or submission information by contacting us. Deleting a record in GoHighLevel does not necessarily delete the corresponding Driving4Dollars record immediately; deletion and synchronization may take time to complete.
Security
We use access controls, authenticated requests, and managed infrastructure intended to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use strong passwords and do not place unnecessary sensitive information in submissions.
Your choices
You may stop using the service, sign out, or ask the agency administrator to review or delete information associated with your account or submissions. You may also contact us with privacy questions or requests.
Children's privacy
Driving4Dollars is intended for agency and field-work use and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. When we do, we will update the date shown below. Continued use of Driving4Dollars after an update means the updated policy applies to your use of the service.
